ORIGINATION
All origination / set-up is free of charge provided that -
Your initial order with a new artwork is a minimum of 100 pieces (except heraldic shield orders).
Artwork supplied is of a sufficiently useable quality.See ARTWORK RULES below.
Origination is also free on centres orders for which an artwork charge has already been incurred
from another supplier.A sample of the existing centre must be forwarded with your order.
There is no origination charge for setting text to a graphic which is at our disposal.This includes
all of our standard range,as well as many universal designs in our extensive clip-art files.

Keyfactors badges and emblems.
Initial orders of less than 100 pieces, or unuseable artwork needing editing or improvement,
are subject to a £20 artwork charge.
For your own protection we state that your order calling for the reproduction of a crest or similar motif implies that you have obtained permission to commission the reproduction, which may or may not be subject to copyright.
Graphics created with PowerPoint,Excel,Word or WordPerfect are low resolution images that are not suitable for professional reproduction.Graphics downloaded from internet pages are also not acceptable for print reproduction.These graphics are low resolution images (usually 72 dpi) which are suitable for screen display but are far below acceptable standards for printing use.
If in doubt,submit your artwork and we will advise you of any problems.
May be sent to us as either hard copy,such as a letterhead,or as a computer graphic for PC use. File formats preferred (in order) -
CDR, AI, EPS, or PDF - convert all text to curves.
JPG,BMP, or TIF - best results from 600 dpi at actual size and CMYK.
