Before submitting your artwork*, It is most important that you read these guidelines -

File must be in format suitable for PC, not MAC.

 

Best results will always be achieved from artwork in vector format so, ideally, you should

email us your artwork in one of the following vector file formats -
EPS, CDR, AI,   Convert all text to curves before sending.

For Corel Draw users - convert all text to curves (Ctrl+C) and versions up to 14 [Coreldraw X4] only.
For Adobe illustrator users - convert all text to curves with create outlines (Shift+Ctrl+O) and
versions up to illustrator 10 only.

If you are unable to supply your artwork in vector file format, we can also use image files -
JPG, TIF, GIF, BMP, PNG. Best results from 600 dpi at actual size & CMYK.

Microsoft word documents (.doc & .docx) and graphics created with PowerPoint, Excel, Word or
WordPerfect are not acceptable.

Graphics downloaded from web pages are not suitable for print reproduction. These are low resolution

image files (usually 72 dpi) which are suitable for screen display but are far below acceptable
standards for printing use.

Colours are matched as accurately as possible. Given variation in colour of computer monitors,
we cannot guarantee perfect colour accuracy unless you supply us with a Pantone # (PMS).

Failure to comply with the above guidelines may result in poor quality or corrupted output which
Keyfactors cannot be held responsible for.We cannot stress enough how important it is to follow

these guidelines and supply the best possible artwork you can.

When emailing artwork, please give your attachment an appropriate specific name and use this
name in the 'subject' bar too. Please do not use generic terms such as 'club logo','our badge'
or 'artwork'.

*uploaded artwork must be in one of the following formats only - jpg , bmp , gif , tif , png , and no
larger than 5 mb. Sorry, vector file formats cannot be uploaded at present, and must be emailed.
